Demand Side Management is an absolutely crucial component to energy offerings. The ability to consult with clients on the retrofitting of lighting equipments, consulting on rebates for such equipment, etc. takes the energy business to what Energent CEO calls a "3 dimensional level" in conjunction with fixed & variable electricity.
